Document Management

Cellma's Document Management module helps to move from a paper-based to a paperless environment allowing all patients' case history files to be scanned and uploaded onto the patient's records. Also helps hospitals and clinic staff to have a fully integrated view of the patient's current and past medical history.

Workflow for Document Management

Select Patient module from home screen

Search and select Patient, then select Contact type and go to Patient Summary or add referral and go to patient summary

Select Document Section from left pane of Patient Summary

Click on Add Document icon and add a new document

Add the file type, upload file and category type and description and save it

View and edit the document details if required

Logout

Select Medical Notes module from home screen

Click on Find Patient option from Search Request section and then select your Patient for further process

Click on Add notes option from Notes section from left pane

Fill in the document location details from the drop down on Case Note page and then click on Add Notes button

The added Case notes details will be then displayed

Click on Checked-in hyperlink to change the status of the document

Click on Create Batch option from Batch Tasks section which will take you to Show case notes page

Select date filter, location from drop down and then view it

Select the "Create Batch For" Location from the drop down, tick the check box and click on Create Batch button.(Make sure that the "Create batch for" location is different than the current notes location)

It will then give you an option to transfer the batch. Click on Transfer hyperlink and then pop-up will generated, click on Confirm the Batch Transfer button to finally transfer the documents

Click on Accept Batch section from left pane

Click on Accept hyperlink to accept the batch and then click on Confirm Accept Batch
