Patient Online Access

Cellma's iPROMs module is an innovative platform for the collection of clinical data through the completion of PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) and PREMs (Patient Reported Experience Measures). Data captured can be analysed together with feedback from staff to obtain a rich picture of a patient's experience throughout their care pathway.

Workflow for Patient Online Access

Enter URL "http://www.cellmatesting.com/cellmaWEB/PatientWeb.do"

Select your Establishment from the list (Except for Riomed set-up est.)

Click on Register hyperlink for new Patient Registration

Fill in all the Patient details in the form and click on Submit button and the Patient will then be registered

A confirmation email will be sent on your registered email id by Cellma

Please login to you email and click on verification link to verify your email address

After verification is done, it will redirect to the Patient Portal login page. Enter your credentials and login

Click on Appointment section from Cellma Patient Menu and then click on add appointment icon to book an appointment

Select required Service from the drop down, which will display available clinic type. Select your clinic type and then select service location from the drop down

It will give you option to generate Next available appointment automatically or you can also choose a date

If you click on "Next available appointment" option, system generates available date and time automatically. Accept the system generated date and time by clicking on Book Appointment or you can also select Later or Earlier button depending on your preference

If you select "To choose a date" option, you can select your choice date, and morning/afternoon/evening time, which will again suggest a time automatically based on the preference given. Accept the system time by clicking on Book Appointment or you can also select Later or Earlier button depending on your preference

Click on back arrow to go back to the Patient Menu page again

Click on Patient details to view all the details added to the Patient

Click on each section to view Patient details

Add vitals in monitoring section anytime

Click on logout to get logged out from Patient Portal
