Electronic Patient Record

Cellma's EPR module can be deployed as a standalone system or integrated with other modules or third-party systems providing full assessments, reporting and integration functionalities. This is used to capture information from patients throughout the care pathway, regardless of where the services are delivered.

Workflow for Electronic Patient Record

Select Patient Module from home screen

Search and select a Patient

If the patient is already referred into the service you will be required to select a contact type to access the patient record.If patient is not currently referred into the service you will need to add a referal to the patient.

Click on Assessment section from left pane, then select the required assessment from the drop and then click on Show button.

It will redirect you to the assessments page, click on start button to view all the subcategories.

Go through each and every section of assessment by selecting the answers and extra details for every answer you select and click on next button

It will then give you option to view details entered, click on the hyperlink which will then display all the details added

Click on end button after confirming the details

It will then display all the links. Click on save button to save any prescription or request that were made during the assessments which can ve viewed and printed.

It will display assessment details and will give you option to view or print the assessment in pdf format

Go back to the Contact history page by clicking on Contact history section

You can now view all the patients medical history and details added from the assessment or from any other section
